Recently, we both sold our home and bought another home with Karen Degney as our realtor/broker. From beginning to end this experience was flawless. Karen and her office staff handled every step of the way with professionalism, promptness and accuracy.
We have bought and sold three properties over the last ten years, and this experience, with Assist2Sell, by far exceeded all others. Not only was it the hugest savings ever in realtor fees, but the service was amazing. Assist2Sell provided phenomenal attention to detail, great customer service, and energetic marketing of our home.
Our broker Karen set-up a virtual tour on-line for us, (complete with fun music even), that potential buyers could view, and it was fabulous. Through the entire process of selling our home and buying another, my husband and I always felt like we were Karen’s only client and most important client by the way she responded so quickly and how fast she got things done.
Finally, with the purchase of our new home she offered us 20% of her commission if we had her represent us. What a bonus for us! We would highly recommend Karen and Assist2Sell to anyone buying and/or selling a home. We received the best service yet and we would only use Karen and her Assist2Sell office in the future.

| Thank you so much for a great experience in selling our Condo. In a slow market with many other properties for sale we expected a long and costly wait prior to sale. We were so pleased at the speed and efficiency in the handling of our property. The quick sale was mainly due to following the advise of Karen Degney who suggested the proper price for the market. We have had other sales with other real estate Co.s and the service provided by Assist2sell was equal to them at a lower commission, which saved us about fifty per cent.
We closed escrow in about two months, with the other competing properties still for sale.

|  If anyone has sold or purchased a home knows the hardship it can cause. We were at a time of buying and selling a home and during that time we also had a son in the hospital which made it impossible to be at two places at the same time. We were very fortunate to have a realtor that went "above and beyond the call of duty", she filled in for us whenever needed and took the burden off of making decisions during a crisis. The last thing on our minds at the time was the out come of a sell and purchase of a home however, after everything went through we were very thankful for the integrity, strength, hard work and care our realtor had for us. We could not have done it with out her. I wish everyone I do business with was this trustworthy.
